Treasurer

Rehan’s focus is to play his part in enhancing KLN’s recognition nationally and internationally, ultimately raising its profile with both the Muslim and wider community.

Masooma Mehdi

Trustee

Masooma’s roots hail from Pakistan but she has lived in New Zealand for most of her life. As a hijabi in the West she understands the challenges, and instead of deterring her, have become her motivator to serve and mentor Muslim youth.

Dr Fasiha is a consultant, mentor, analyst and a scholar with expertise in social-economic and environmental impact-oriented innovation and entrepreneurship practices, sustainability and strategic decision-making.

Farhat has extensive background in the Social Services sector. She is passionate about supporting people to grow to their highest potential and has a key interest in strategic governance.

Farhana Bhamjee

Chief Operating Officer

Farhana joined Khadija Leadership Network in 2020 as a Business Development Manager and now holds the position of Chief Operating Officer. She can be contacted for any potential collaboration opportunities via farhana@khadijaleadershipnetwork.org.

Kanmani Bala

Executive Assistant

Kanmani is passionate about empowering migrant and ethnic communities. She has a background in funding and communications and is passionate about using her skills and expertise to support the migrant and ethnic communities of New Zealand.

Adnan Sharif

Photographer

Adnan is skilled in photography, website design, social media management and event logistics. He hopes to utilise his skills to support the organisation and members of the community.

Maryam Ghoosi

Host | Revive

Maryam grew up in Canada and has lived in Auckland since 2019. She is a chiropractic intern and the host of Revive, the organisation’s Instagram live broadcasts with women around the world who are leading and making change.

Latifa Daud

Latifa Daud is a Gujarati-Muslim and was born and raised in Auckland, New Zealand. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English and Education, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Journalism.

Ayesha Asif

She completed her postgraduate studies in communication from Auckland University of Technology and won the Global Communication Project award in 2018.

Dr Rahman is a teacher, writer, researcher and educator, specialising in comparative literatures and language study.
