NZ Muslim Awards
Out of concern for the health and safety of our community, we have made the decision to postpone the 2021 New Zealand Muslim Awards. The new date and details will be communicated once confirmed.
The New Zealand Muslim Awards are hosted by Khadija Leadership Network to reflect on, celebrate, and raise awareness of some of the amazing people who make up our community.
Submit your nominations for 2021 below. The nominations closing date has been extended to Sunday, 16th January 2022.
Nominations are judged by the KLN Executive Committee and Patrons.

Criteria for Nomination
- Be residing in New Zealand for the last 12 months.
- Must be 18 years or older, unless applying for Young Muslim New Zealander of the Year.
- The nominee, under any category, is being nominated for work undertaken in the last 12 months.
- Nominee is not on the Board of Trustees or employed by Khadija Leadership Network.
The Committee reserves the right to disqualify a nominee on the grounds of:
- Incomplete nomination form.
- Providing fraudulent information.
